How do I book a cut?

Open a barber's page in the Crown app, pick a service and a time, then confirm. The slot is held for you for 5 minutes while you finish.

How do I pay?

You pay your barber directly at the chair — cash, card, or whatever they accept. Crown does not charge your card.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Open the appointment from your Bookings tab. Changes are free up to your barber's cancellation window.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. This permanently removes your data.

I'm a barber — how do clients find me?

Share your booking link or QR code from “Grow your book” in the app, or invite clients from your contacts.
